1. Minimum Order Value for Wholesale Orders

All Prices listed are in Canadian dollars. All authorized companies will be charged the wholesale price, plus the cost of shipping and taxes. The minimum order value is $400 before taxes, fees, and shipping until March 15, 2026. On March 16, 2026 the minimum order value returns to $500 before taxes, fees, and shipping. All orders below the minimum order value will be charged the MSRP. Shipping charges will vary depending on total cost of freight. Orders over $2500 before taxes and fees qualify for FREE shipping (This only applies to Canada wide shipments).

2. How to place order

Submit your order via email to orders@pinksolution.ca. You must have a customer account with us in order to place a wholesale order. If you do not have a customer account, please email orders@pinksolution.ca for new wholesale customer forms.

3. Returns/ Damages and Defects

Please inspect all shipments immediately upon arrival. Returned merchandise will not be accepted if it is held for more than 7 days after receipt. Returns must be made in writing directly to your sales representative within 7 days of delivery date quoting order and invoice numbers and reasons for return. No returns are acceptable without Pink Solution’s prior approval and delivery instructions for transport. Shipping may or may not be charged. Returned merchandise will be replaced with new merchandise.
