  • A mineral-based ingredient that acts as a pH buffer in soap making, neutralizes any sodium hydroxide leftover from the soapmaking process, and helps to keep soap from sticking to fabric.

It also eliminates and prevents the formation of biofilm, a mixture of bacteria and other microorganisms that are held together and protected by a glue-like structure.
