Orders can be modified or canceled by reaching out to orders@pinksolution.ca. Please include your order number and the reason for the change or cancellation. You will receive a response within 2 business days with further instructions.

Orders placed online can be shipped to most addresses within Canada.
Orders can be shipped to U.S. states, but must be manually entered by a staff member. Please note that international orders do not qualify for free shipping, all quotes and payments are in CAD, and we are not liable for the estimation or cost of any additional duties, tariffs, taxes, or other fees that the U.S. government may require their residents to pay. Email info@pinksolution.ca with your full name, shipping address, phone number, the products you would like to order and their quantity to begin the process of creating a manual order. -
At Pink Solution, we stand behind our products. All items purchased directly through pinksolution.ca carry a 30-day guarantee. If you find you are unhappy with your product, please contact us at orders@pinksolution.ca with your receipt and/or order number and we will assist you on the return or replacement of that merchandise.

Yes, we do take whole orders from businesses.
If you are interested in becoming a wholesale customer, email us at orders@pinksolution.ca with your business’ name, contact information, shipping address, and GST number. We will then add you to our system and will email you our current wholesale price list.
Please note that wholesale orders require a minimum order of $500 before fees, taxes, and shipping to qualify for wholesale pricing. Free shipping is available for wholesale orders of $2,500 before fees, taxes, and shipping.

MULTI XHD is made with a different formula than CLEAN that allows it to stay in a liquid state at room temperature. Just like coconut oil vs olive oil, both are fats, but in different states at room temperature.

No, we do not use any enzymes in our products, but the chemistry that is utilized involves creating an enzymatic reaction to break down the appropriate proteins, fats, grease, oils, dirt, etc. Components of the raw materials we use facilitate the reaction required to make our products function as designed.

No. However, you can spray CLEAN Light Mix on plants to repel aphids and spider mites.

Yes, you can still use your CLEAN if you allow it to fully thaw before stirring the paste all together really well. The CLEAN paste will never have the same texture as before it froze, but you can still use it without affecting its cleaning effectiveness.

Because CLEAN has no harmful chemicals, dyes, or ingredients, it is great for your fabrics including silk. However, we always recommend testing our products on an inconspicuous area before use.

To further improve our products, the one artificial ingredient, pink dye, was removed to ensure that our products are all-natural.
